Shahrah-e-Qaideen overhead bridge aftermath

The congestion at Sindhi-Muslim has become worse. Before, when traffic used to stop at the Shahrah-e-Qaideen intersection, the Sindhi-Muslim intersection used to clear up in the mean time. Now the congestion extends all the way up to Nursery because the traffic never stops. We desperately need an underpass/fly-over at Sindhi-Muslim.

Firstly I give due credit to the past Mayor of Karachi Naimatullah to have had the vision to build these bridges.

In my opinion Shahrai Faisal needs bridges and underpasses at each and every intersection. As you very rightly said having signals in between allowed traffic to clear up ahead, but now its a big mess at the other end. there is a dire need to the following intersections –

    1- Jinnah Hospital

    2- Mehran Hotel Signal

3- Convert Metropole into a more effiencet signal free traffic flow with a few underpasses strategically located

4- Sindhi Muslim (Roomi Masjid) underpass preferably

    5- Nursery

    6- Tipu Sultan (Dunkin Donuts)

    7- Awami Markaz

    8- Karsaz Intersection

Wow so many constructions still to be started but nevertheless hats off to Naimatullah to have had the courage to make change

Now I sit here dreading the outcome of the LB elections if the poeple of Karachi entrust us with a crook-to-bone party sadly we can all sit back and enjoy the congestion for a few more years. (I am sure people know quite well which part I am pointing too)
