Hijra on Aaj.Tv
If you happen to watch “The Late Show with Begum Nawazish Ali” on Aaj Tv you would really be in a shock to see a Hijra hosting the show. Ali the host, was previously well known for his amazing parody of Benazir Bhutto, success from the local stage has brought him some fortunes into the silver screen and has been lucky to land a show on the Aaj Tv Network. The show at first seems funny but it soon gets on your nerves and are compelled to hop channels. For this show Begum Nawazish Ali is all dressed in a short blouse Sari, fully waxed with long manicured nails and to top it off a small boob job to compliment the scam. What is this world coming too…..
oh that’s nothing. you should listen to his/her tales about “colonel nawazish ali”. what baffles me is why the guests agree to come to such a show. its not funny anymore.
That’s what happened when I accidentally switch to Aaj few days back:
Mom: “Beta! I think We are really making a progress”
Dad: No comments (just a horrible stare)
Elder Bro: “Bloody *#@%!~?, Now they’ve come that low to fetch the market from GEO”
Me: Changed the channel
i think our end is near ;) .. this world is crossing every limit of madness! i wonder what’s next? Even Mushy’s ‘roshan khiyali’ is not as bad as this one :)
ps: this could be very well used to torture anyone, make him/her watch the entire episode :P

thing which intrigues me is that what the hell were the people at aaj tv thinking when they hired a khusra for a tv show . those a** holes should be ashamed of themselves
well first of all he is gay and he loves to be she he should get operated and become a female he would look better

firstly I dont get whats wrong with having a “hijra” host a show or do anything else like normal people. their people arent they?
plus I’m pretty sure that the guy isnt really anything more than a crossdresser on TV, works in ONLINE a news agency and atleast looks pretty much like an ordinary guy of the couple of times I’ve seen him.
and lastly I thought the shows fun and quite a change from the identical droll every other channel fosters on us these days.
I am just glad that I dont live in Pakistan anymore and dont have to see all this garbage. I wish they start comedy central, NBC, ABC, CBS ove r there so that people can have some fun.
I watched his/her programme few weeks ago and i was horrified…i mean is it meant to be funnie or wat? i am not saying that a hijra cant host a show but he is making fun of himself by doing what he is in that show. I am still confused if its just to make the show funnie (which is def not working) or if he is really a hijra!?! Newayz the show shud be banned cuz its in very bad taste.
I think he is doing a great job, and he is not hijra. He is a very talented actor.
And for those who dont like the show, switch to other channel.

As He/She is a hijraa and whats wrong in it if they are casting a show on aaj t.v as they are also human beings…

They also reserve the right to do almost all things as normal humans do but except marriages which they can’t do in their life…
I watched the begum nawaazish show on aaj t.v in which baabura shareef and ummar saeed were the invited guests…
Begum Nawaazish was getting very much over and romantic in this show which she should not had done
and she was behaving very strange in this episode…Anyways whatever but he/she is a nice person…We Pakistanis Are Also Not Lesser Than Any other!!!
I think the only problem with Begum Nawazish is that she sometimes over reacts , otherwise she is putting up an excellent show. I am sure when the first woman in the TVs history had become a host, same type of comments must had followed.
She is trying to be famous and make a living out of this show and she is doing a good job as a host. i dont know what is the problem with you guys..you dont want to see then see something else. there are lots of people who love this show and they really dont care about your wierd views. i hope the show continues.
why dun yew guys try to understand the content of the program…i mean..begum nawazish/ali they r doin a great job by bringing up many various concerning issues!!…give him/her woteva it is some credit dudes….all yew guys (well most of yew out there…:P)…who ain t really into making a big or a lil difference should change da channel…(next time..insteda of sittin infront of yr TV SETS..critizin’her/him for his/her looks…and i think its a HE..A great actor…
Dear fellows, don’t know the fact if begum nawazish ali is a male or female or a shemale. If from two first category no problem if from the last one even no problem God made so and as a part of our soceity everyone should have right to proof its talent
Its Okay watever hes doin atleast he got a different idea instead of watchin all those old soap operas i guess its a better effort. Its funny, entertaining and at the same time its informative. I ain got no problem if hes a crossdesser. Its business, u gotta have audience. People will watch this show, some might go against it but it ain tht bad if u think abt it. Its a gud show plus a better way of attractin pple. Aight dogs m out

I think all of you should cut that guy some slack. First of all stop calling him he/she, hijra, khusra etc. He is a male actor, albeit more than just a little effiminate. I too found the show quite unsettling at first but I think its only decent to focus on the content, which is pretty regular. Besides, you all do know that the show is amongst the most-watched on Aaj TV? However, I do think that he should limit crossdressing to just this one program. Now he is also doing the same gig for TV dramas and shows on other channels which is making it all a bit weird. He should have a personality other than this one thing.

Everyone & Everything is GOD creation, no one has to right to judge by how he/she looks, act, or live. IF that someone is coming on TV, let him or her do his/her job !!! IF don’t like change the channel!!!:D
