I don’t know about you guys - but one of the best things about Ramazan this year is the empty streets! I left uni today at 4:35 PM and the streets were virtually empty save for a few buses. It felt like a strike, minus the constant fear. And its the same after Iftari too! Its so surreal to not be in a traffic jam constantly. Though I know all this will change as soon as its the 15th of Ramazan, when people go crazy shopping and all the markets are open till 2 in the morning. Till then, I’m lovin’ it! :)
that also might be because it was friday and most offices were off by 1 pm.
ure lucky. i left my office bldg at 1:45 and to reach the mouth of Mai Kolachi from my office took 50 minutes, thanks to empty trollers crossing around. it was misery.
