The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) along with TV artists has made operational its helpline 0800-0036, in order to gather information from across the country and further disseminate it to the Chief Relief Commissioner, Red Crescent, Edhi or any other organisation undertaking the relief activities.
