Yahsir Waheed – Exhibition

Yahsir Waheed’s having an exhibiton for his winter collection from the 27th to the 30th of October 2005 at Pearl Continental – or at least that’s what I recall on the billboard I saw today – I don’t really see the point of having an exhibition of winter clothes, seeing that Karachi’s cold spell lasts for barely a week, but nevertheless, it should be worth checking out, since I’m a big fan of his floral, swirly designs. Hope the crowd is better than it was at the lawn sales, going to one of those felt like you went to the World War II and back.

huma, it must be a cross between winter and eid though we shouldn’t be thinking about “celebrating” eid. but yeah, it sure is a war of sorts.

anathema, you know my views on this one. hint: the dubai convo.

i seriously feel that its about time we stop feeling guilty of every little good thing that is or might happen to us.

what needs to be done is that each month or every moment when you have more than you need that you must help those who survived. it’ll take years for this to settle down and really, how many of us wont buy kapra for ourself for that long? just always thank Allah for blessing us and keep the less fortunate in mind.
