Water water Karachi, water.

Another desperate need of the Karachiiteís is a clean drinking water. Okay forget about the clean part, just the water please. Almost half of the city doesnít get the water, or if it does, it gets for selected days, or the selected few hours. And there are some areas where the water has red thin worms in it.

Most people rely on the water tankers or the hard water pulled out from the earth by machines. Is there any water problems where you live/work/study?

I live in PECHS, and Masha Allah, we don’t have a water problem here – and the quality of water is far better than what I’ve seen in other areas.

I live in Nazimabad & there is no water problem here. Nazimabad was designed by Americans , so the planning here is durable & long lasting .

My family in Bahadurabad found shrimps growing in their water tank two years ago.
