90% Debris Cleared in Muzaffarabad

MUZAFFARABAD: The work for debris clearance was underway in Muzaffarabad, the earthquake-ravaged capital of Azad Kashmir, as about 90 percent rubble was cleared and dead bodiesí were retrieved from the area. According to the military debris was cleared in Madina Market, Civil Secretariat, Khwaja Mohalla and Sadiqabad localities of Muzaffarabad, while the work was still in progress in other parts of the city. The authorities have appealed the people whose houses were destroyed in the earthquake to recover their valuables from rubbles within two to three days after which the debris from the remaining areas will be removed.
