    ill have to agree with moon.

    The whole concept of advertsing is to get peoples attention. if they have it, they have succeeded, and undoubtedly, you willwant to know what that bill board is about.

    you will be aware of the new product/brand being introduced, and they have done their job.

    the blue goes for Paktel… but the ad that comes on GEO has got some YELLOW in it too… sooo.. Kind of Difficult to guess..!??!?

    As they say..even bad advertisment is better then no advertisement…and this billboard ad really sucks but ntl makes u wonder about the product…and talking of dumbass concepts..its high time someone told these ad exec that the happy-family-gathering-around-dinner routine or the punch line comment cum turn me on wifey smile cum sucker looking hubby comment in all media ads is getting too bloody old…for God sake think of something orig…where did u guys graduate from?..the mundane school of deconmoics???
