MOON got this one correctly – its at alladin waterpark.

But please help me figure out what the heck is this, it does have wiring sticking out the back indicating that it was rigged to actually work. But I would really like to know who (or which company) was the smartass idiot who dreamt this up – ONLY IN PAKISTAN CAN OUR DESI IDIOTS DREAM LIKE THIS!!!!

Another large advertising sign waiting for a gust of wind to bring it down. Seriously, with the proliferation of the printed mega signboards, big scary billboards have sprung up all over the city, and some have fallen in case of strong winds. From the looks of it, this ‘fan’ does’nt look too stable either. Time someone stopped this dangerous ugliness.
