Hi all, contratssss to launching CNBC Pakistan, can anyone tell me the email address and website address of CNBC Pakistan. at khaki70@gmail.com
Website is http://cnbcpakistan.com/ at this moment it seems to be down, but I am sure they are gearing up for the launch
website down?
on launch day??
(confused)
btw…its also availabel on worldcall, which is ironic since its in direct contest with Worldcall’s own, Business Plus.
They havent been allowing Sunbiz so far…lets see now…
Sunbiz is run by another cable operator, SunTV, and hence a direct competitor of Worldcall. That’s not the case with CNBC Pakistan. This is a good addition, otherwise in sick of watching every measly new Pakistani channel that comes on air being added to Worldcall’s list.
Yesterday it was Q&A with Prime Minister. A bit of a lack of management by the channel during the show and Mr. Aziz was a bit less confident.
I like it when he described when he was sitting in this Manhattan office and looking at the Central Park from the window and he got a call from President Musharraf. Sounds like a movie scene, Rambo III!!!
Tariq, Under PEMRA regulations, all cable operators are required to carry locally uplinked TV channels.
Sunbiz is a satellite channel, hence they are legally required to carry it…..
incase u dont know, sunbiz is now partially owned by Taher A Khan too…..
confirm satellite and frequency so confirm the satellite and frequency and this channel is free r decoded thanks

CNBC Pakistan seems to be a paid channel and not Free To Air (FTA).
Heres the frequency:
Panamsat 7/10 and 10 (also known as PAS 7/10 PAS 10)
Frequency: 3310
Horizontal 2/3
Symbol Rate: 3.312
Further details can be found on:

i just don’t get it. if you request a list of all the channels say on pas 7/10 you wont find quiet a number of them eg fashion tv, rai intenational etc. but when you subscribe you get them. just how does this happen. are there guest channels on satellites? if so is it possible to watch a programme say beamed by hotbird 3 on pas 7/10? by the way i am in s. africa
