Some distance from hawksbay or more probably near mubarak village because there are no roads visible.

Hey just a wild guess but is this on sandspit photgraphed from the sand dunes on looking towards hawkesbay, these sand dunes were piles of sand dug from a few construction sites of a hut in that area.

There has been a lot of hue and cry about a few builders digging the area like mad and messing up the eco-system of that area.

paradise point, a bit before KANUPP and the governor’s hut? way before nathiagali beach?

the lighthouse appears awfully close to the right. pls dont count this as a participatory post (or me changing my answer) but just out of curiosity, the light house would continue to fall on the right as we move from sea view towards clifton towards the oil tanks along teh coastline till we reach manora.

    it is one interesting trivia.

The location is at 20-30 minutes drive from KANUPP and then 15-20 minutes walk from road to reach the shore. The lighthouse type object is actually a chimney.
I don’t know its name but we were searching “Sunehra Beach”

Nabeel, so did u find the sunehra beach? and how is the beach there?

  14. Syed Muhammad Nabeel (unregistered) on November 17th, 2005 @ 3:00 pm

Yes, we did find the beach but still name not confirmed. The shore was filled with spiny snail shells fixed on rocks. Walking barefoot was really a bad experience there.
There is an island just 250-300 meter and seems cool (one was saying, “that is the Sunehra Beach” ) but we don’t want any other adventure and return back to Hawksbay after having lunch.

    Hi,

I confirmed This is Soneri Beach, AMAN was right it is near Mubarak Village.
Last year i had a remarkably trip to this beautiful beach. We rented a Big boat and petrolled the shores for quite a while until evening ;-)

This beach is the class room and first choice for Under Water divers… All the Karachi Scuba Divers know this place very well, This would be the place they would have taken their first Scuba Dive.
