Only in Karachi # 7

Well, perhaps in Pakistan and some other third world countries too you will see Police officials making an ambulance wait on a side street and not let it come on main road because either Big Mommy or Big Papa was in town and he was about to use that road. The ambulance waited around 15/20 min with a patient inside and even when all was done the same empty road wasnít given to ambulance so it can use it effectively, rather all the traffic was released and it got stuck again in the rush. Whereas, the traffic officials were all connected with wireless handsets and could have communicated to hold the traffic few more minutes to make room for an ambulance.
