Increasing number of Joggers.

I have always been an irregular jogger; every time I restart I notice the number of joggers/brisk walkers has increased, specially the elderly and women. Even though mornings are cold now and most people donít want to leave their cozy warm beds, there was a good number of brisk walkers/joggers in the park. Itís a good thing more people take health seriously now.

Another good thing is I can still jog 3 kilometers without a break on first day.

which park? and i think it is teh cold weather coupled with barely any sun till 7:15 that makes it a more attractive feature. as for women taking it on more: its high time. fitness should not be gender-biased ;) :P.

especially in a pollution ridden city (we love it nonetheless), where we feel tired oh so easily. our lungs demand more oxygen and excercise is the only way to give it its due.

early mornings are pleasant, non-chaotic and fairly less crowded (nor do we have oooowoaaaaaaahhhhhh aammmmaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaa mmaaaaaamaaaaa) babies stepping in our way while we walk or jog. nor do we have the sounds of every possible chaos around us.

besides, with the number of trees being chopped (which could easily have been derooted and replanted), everyone needs as much oxygen as they can get.
