We Will, We Will, ROCK YOU
The Pakistan cricket team has pulled out a fantastic win today on the 4th day of the 3rd test match in Karachi between Pakistan and India. Pakistan declared at 599/7 and put India to bat to chase upwards of 600 runs to win. Shoaib Akhtar started the rites and Mohd Asif rooted the middle stump clean bowling giants like Laxman and Sehwag and later the off-stump fo Tendulkar. India finally got tumbled for 265 and handed Pakistan the only win of the test series to capture the series 1-0. On to the one-day matches, I am sure we are in for a treat.
The picture on the side is from Cricinfo showing Tendulkar caught with his pants down. That’s a good image to see what the Pakistani bowlers did to the Indians all day long
WE WILL – WE WILL – ROCK YOU
WHAT A GAME – PROUD TO BE PAKISTANI.
Congratzz!!
It was a mind-blowing game. Even when I had lost interest in cricket, today was one of those rare days when I whooped like hell for the Pakistani team.
Way to go, team. *grins all around*
Finally a team we can be proud of !!! Older teams would have given up when we were 6 wickets down on the first day not this one … superb effort … keep it up guyz :)
not a fan of cricket but at least we beat india.

this is one of the stupidest, unsporting and racist comments i’ve heard in a long time.
halai, hehe, dude you know well, such ppl are in both countries, give a visit to cricbuzz.com’s chat room, you would find lots of similar indians like shobz, come on,we shouldn’t pretend that india and pakistan are official rivals of each other
Nahhh…. That’s the sort of thing one club’s supporter would say for another club’s loss. Or an Englishman about Australia.
Should everyone be forced into Pakistan-India bhai bhai?
As Adnan says, it’s fun to see India and Pakistan as rivals in the cricket arena.
Easy does it.
abbas, if THAT is one of the most unsporting/racist comments you’ve heard in a while, i’d like to be living where you are. :)
i’m surprised (again) there aren’t more pictures of this brilliant, brilliant match.
Tremendous game.
Lets give credit where its due:
The pitch was a true five day match pitch. Great seaming action early on, decent bounce and turn later in the match.
Pakistani bowlers rule. Where the indians wilted and were out of breath and tricks, Our bowlers simply bamboozled their batting. These are boys who have sweated it out on flat, dead, dusty wickets of the lower level grounds throughout their careers. Give them a moderate wicket like this and they make wonders.
Woolmer and Inzi have really changed the team altogether. The biggest problem we always had was mental strength in the face of a tough opposition, in front of a huge crowd. We never ever lacked talent. This team here has shown that they are a group of mature, solid players. Hats off to Woolmer and Inzi.
We have silenced all our critics incl. one Mr. Holding…
[My fist post. ever. Hello to TM: I think i’ve been in your chair once. Something tells me, I may need to again]
Sana there are lots of pictures on BBC website, take a look of this pic:

It could be any thing but not racist. Have you ever observed racist behavior. I found that comment very sporting, have seen sport crazy people all over the world. Rugby (UK vs Aus), Baseball (US Vs Canada) and dont forget our beloved super series :-)
superb performance by Pakistan. Woolmer has changed the side arouna and the team unity is unparallel…. right now Pakistan has the most formidable line up in both batting and bowling depts… under this form I would love for Pakistan to take on Australia…
I also like the reasonability that Inzi displays. Attitude and teamwork really seems to be the winning factor. A long way from the previous star-cast issue of the Pak team. They look in good shape for major challenges.
i went to the stadium today…greatttttttttt match !! though there were hardly 200 ppl in my enclosure (i.e imran khan) but they all went mad as soon as the wickets start falling..amazing one !!!!!!!!
sorry i forgot to took pics !! :(
BRING ON THE WORLD CUP BABY!!!!
