Actor Mohammad Ali passes away.

One of Pakistan’s most famous actors in the history of Pakistani cinema Mohammad Ali passed away today in Lahore. May his soul rest in peace. It’s hard to believe that a face most of us have grown up seeing on TV is no longer in this world.

More information on the late Mohammad Ali is available on Wikipedia

After Waheed Murad, the next name that people used to associate the Pakistani cinema was that of Mohd. Ali.

He and Waheed were the two heroes of yesteryears that are no more.

May both of them rest in peace – Ameen.

why regret ? everyone has to die sooner or later..important thing is what he or she contributed to society .. Mohd.Ali was not only a great actor but was a great person … he helped lot of people in education – my family had personally known Mohd. Ali’s family for last 4o years and we still remember Mohd.Ali’s backing and support to the left wing in Pakistan – from Faiz Sahab to Habib Jalib from personal appearance
in CPMK and Kissan Mazdoor Party Unions .. what a great man – who died .. died as a satisfied man..
    cheers for him..

becuz we lost a true gentleman as heartofaries said. Mohammad Ali was indeed a legend and most of us grew seeing him along with Zeba on screen. Not only a superb actor Mohammad Ali was also a wonderful human being. We should regret such a loss, we always should.

All I know is that he spoke Urdu beautifully. But does anyone know how old he was? I have read three newspaper reports and each one has a different age. Daily Times says 75 (btw their story is so poorly written that it is funny), Dawn says 71 and the News says 69.

I think its was 69 although Dawn says it was 71.

Mohammad Ali a great actor, a great personality talent, with passions, affection and lot more. Every starting point has its end point, every day ends with night, that is what Allah has created universe in its revolving parameter. Mohammad Ali is not more among us now, his sudden death gave a shock wave to his loved ones in particular but all others in general. Mohammad Ali, where are you !!!!!! where have you gone !!!!! a great star suddenly vanished from the blue sky, a great father, a loving husband and a devotee friend has gone missing. Oh !!! Mohammad Ali, whereever you are, Allah is with you, and our sincere prayers will be always with you, Allah may rest you in peace !!!!!!! Finally may I offer my heartfelt sincere condolences to great lady Zaiba and wish her to continue his (Mohammad Ali’s) mission.

    A well wisher
