Blogspot Blocked Again
Just reading the title must very well explain the frustrations of hundred of bloggers and blog readers trying to access the Blogspot domain from Pakistan. The initial reports came in today at 5:00pm and were soon verified by a number of people later in the day.
It seems as if the brief freedom from censorship may be simply due to the Government putting on a good face for the World Freedom of Press which ironically was also held on 3rd May, the same day the blogspot ban was lifted.
To protest against the ban you can forward this Press Release, join the Society Against Internet Censorship in Pakistan, or you may visit the Don’t Block the Blog website for the latest info.
