    Does MCB Tower make use of ANY creativity to qualifiy it for this quiz? I think not. It might make use of premium architectural products (doors/windows/ceilings), but I don’t feel the architects made the outside so appealing. Perhaps that’s the way MCB wanted their building to look. Dull and boring.

    My vote’s for Habib Bank Plaza.

    Habib Bank Plaza is a beautifully designed building, the texture, the form , and the structure everything is well balanced. My vote is defiantly for Habib Bank Plaza.

    Habib Bank Plaza … definately … considering it was built in 1963 … one of the architetural symbols of Karachi … and … besides … we all remember the building since we were kids … we all saw the building a million times … we read about it in our text books … no building can ever replace Habib Bank Plaza in our hearts .. too much emotions involved :)

    I know my post is not related to the thread but do you guys happen to know anything about:
    (1) IT tower that will be constructed near Civic Center
    (2) Newly constructed UBIT building(one friend of mine informed us that its building design is just like MIT!)

    Any pointers, web site address, etc would be helpful.

    My vote goes to HB Plaza. The MCB towers are tasteless and have no character.

    more features in HB plaza make it unique,

    MCB tower is pure BLAND!!!!!

    Habib Bank Plaza gets my vote. The design shows creativity and uniqueness, while MCB is just another plain, boring structure in Karachi’s skyline.
