Latte Lounge

Anyone who’s a coffeeholic and has a sweet tooth in Lahore has visited their famous coffee outlet and bakery Masoom’s. They always had a branch in Karachi, but they’ve finally expanded to make it a proper restaurant of sorts called Latte Lounge. I finally got a chance to visit it last week, and was glad to see that their food is as great as I last remembered it. The selection of desserts isnt as varied as it is in their Lahore branch, but it’s still worth checking out. A bunch of friends and I went for their hi-tea, which at Rs.200 per head was brilliant – worth trying out is their cheesecake and their quiche. Latte Lounge is located off 18th Street, and is close by to the Espresso branch at Khayaban – e – Shahbaz.

hvae to agree. really good stuff. the only part i dont like is the decor: too bright. a bit of dim could really make it feellike a loune, instead of a patio

hhmm.. have to chck it out! thanks for the heads up!

On another note… the Pie in the Sky bakery on Zamzama has also expanded their operations and is now a full-fletched cafe, calling themselves Cafe Chatterbox. Im a die-hard pie in the sky fan and just love what they’ve done wid da place.
