    its NORE (Naval officers residential estate) 2 on Shahrah-e-Faisal. The picture is taken from either techonology park.. or IT park ;)

    hmm… only 2 attempts… although both were correct. It is indeed NORE II on Sharae Faisal, between Ayesha Bawani and Regent Plaza.
