An Unfixable Leak !
No it is not a water fountain, not even a filtration plant, It’s just a leak in a newly laid sewage pipe, They have dug this place again and have been fruitlessly trying to patch the leak with cement for almost eight days now.

Oh! Someone please let them know that the cement wont set until they stop the flowing water.

It’s every where, actually. All the new patches made across the city are ripped apart, most of them have leakages.
