With absolutely no concern for the safety of others, this truck is over loaded with empty oxygen cylinders held together by just a rope. Considering our road and traffic conditions it’s an accident waiting to happen.

Well, can you shot any truck of BHOOOSA over loaded more than double its capacity :|:|:| …
ummm A jute covering covers the BHOOSA around and the truck moves like its very hard to move :P like a KHACCHAR :P

Hmm. very dangerous situation indeed.
Jamash, u mentioned that the cylinders are empty. how do u know that. I just hope thats true because full cylinders like that would be extremely dangerous. if something goes wrong, they would launch like missiles.

Yeah I know if fired upon or if the valve is blown out they will launch like rockets.
The truck was coming out of a hospital so the cylinders had to be empty but I am sure they will be transported back filled in the same manner.
