Beat the heat? How?
Monsoon season is, unfortunately, over! And this brings us to the next season of our fine city, the September Heat! My GOD was it hot the last two days! Not to mention, our ever-reliable KESC kept failing every so often, just to add a little more ‘flavour’ to it all!! This morning, i was standing under a fan running at top speed… and *still* sweating profusely!
But the question is, how do you beat the heat? Especially when air condtioners are *not* an option..?

It looks like the heat wave has surely managed to destroy the mosquitoes and also the KESC network.
i tried not to think about it,had multiple showers(bath) also had lots of ice cream and lo!the day was over….
by the way, we have got the nuclear power who needs water&power…?lol(sarcastic)
It’s “new clear power” ! We are clearly getting charged more and we clearly are not getting any electricity, for us it a clear display of the powers of KESC.
Jamash: Come on man stop exaggerating! It never reaches 50 deg. C in Karachi. And besides, I have never seen the sun out at 1:30 am; maybe you meant 1:30 pm :)
Lets shove something up KESC’s a## shall we?
