The Crazed Drivers

Two days before Ramadan I was waiting at the signal installed on the main Shahrah-e-Faisal to crossover to Tipu Sultan road. I was on the right hand split of the road created to insure a free flow for the traffic which goes straight, when suddenly a car moved in from the extreme left lane and swiftly negotiating a left u turn joined the opposite flowing traffic on the same road barely missing a car. The policemen hardly had time to even blow the whistle at him.

A day later on main University Road a motorist while adjusting her driving side back view mirror veered suddenly from the extreme left side to the right barely missing me and then veered back to the left side and quickly turned to a lane on her left.

On the same day some time later I parked my car at main Bahdurabad and when I came back another car was parked right behind me while the driver was eating “chola chart” standing outside his car, when I asked him to move his car he gave me a confused look and then he let go of his car’s hand break, the car swiftly moved back, it was half way in the middle of the road when he quickly jumped in through the window to secure the hand breaks, his car barely missed an on coming bus and he was accompanied with children who were in the car at the moment.

I wonder if the suspension of this DSP is any way related.

Hmmm, These incidents are common every where, Thank God yesterday a motocyclist was saved from crashing into my car, My brother stopped the CAR :D.

Ramadan comes with blessings and good things but at same time people behave more notoriously than ever in Ramadan. It might be incorrect stats but accident cases are more reported in Ramadan than in any other months. Does these idiots have any sense? And when two persons are quarrelling one will definitely say “Mainay Roza rakha hai, respect kar raha hooo” and stuff like that.

Do we really understand true essence of Ramadan?

ramzan is dangerous time for drivers… as Blood pressure and tempers are running high and traffic running bumper to bumper chances for accidents are significantly increased multiple fold because every one is in a hurry and wants to reach their destination at the earliest so they some time resort to driving like crazy formula one drivers and by doing so risking their own as well as other peoples life…
