Where in Karachi # 75

Continuing the legendary ‘Where in Karachi?’ series. So can anyone of you guys where in Karachi that is. I dont think we will have any winners for this one, because we dont usually care about such places. We dont take much heed of such ‘abaadis’. If we cared to notice, we would find that with every developed area, there is a kinda of a ‘Kachi Abadi’ in karachi which is because of the fact that to clean the DEVELOPED area the maasis usually come from the ‘Kachi Abaadi’ nearby. The living conditions for these people are not very good. Like you can clearly see the a huge pile of garbage. Some dont have proper cielings. No Parking. No Ventilation. No Privacy. But who is responsible for this? Is it the government which does not have a proper social benefits system in place. Or is it the hundres of thousands of people who arrive in Karachi everyday in search of a better life. Little do they know that Karachi is one of the expensive most Places to live and they are eventually forced to do some ‘QABZA’ and later make ‘KACHAY PAKKAY Ghar’. I believe its the Qabza peoples own fault that they live in such conditions.

Well, Karachi Lives On. It never stops feeding us. The capacity of this city amazes me. Huge immigration rates, tremendous Traffic power water problems, rising crime rates, sectarian violence, taliban hideouts, druglords, sex mafia, police mafia, lack of planning, oil spills, violent mobs, mqm, Ak-47, land mafia, tanker mafia, torrential rains, scorching heat, overpriced food items … there countless number of problems, but this city still goes on. Its the most wonderful city in the world. Even if it had a 1000 more problems I would still always call it my home. Moi Kolachi.

I got taken away today lol … so any guesses where this place is?

The area seems to be somewhere near SITE or most probably Metroville

    @ Topic –

The area is metroville, behind the Nusrat Bhutto Colony. The PASS which connects the Peoples Steel Mill & Metroville with the North Karachi & Sakhi Hasan water hydrant is full of such scenarios.
