“Victorian Buggy”
Many out-settled when come to Pakistan, make sure to have a tonga ride. I guess it’s another of our traditional “sawaris” gradually becoming a past.
Here in the picture, can be seen a “Victorian buggy”.
In Karachi, best place to get tongas is Saddar. The “United Bakery” lane.
United Bakery was gooood back in the days, not sure about how it is now.
I am getting information overload from these blogs :P The more blogs –> decreasing marginal returns for us :(
…hmmm… would like to point out that the “sawari” in the photo is not a “tonga” but infact a “victoria buggy” :) … tongas are usually two wheeled… a bit bulkier than “chariots”

Oh! in that case, I’m sorry. Lemme rename the post.
See sharing information might also help us teh bloggers, correct ourselves.
Thanks for the input.
Ummm,
Not to be nit-picky but the name is still
a tad bit off. It’s called a Victoria, not
Victorian. The actual name is a Victoria
illusion: lolzz!! :D
@ Faisal: somehow you sound correct, but then does that mena I will have to rechange the post’s title:s
Never been so double minded:-D
Not victoria but call it the basanti ride!!! :-)
