lol@space issues, offcourse they’ve space issues, property prices are on the rise and even the nehar-e-khayam is encroached upon… you can your self see the extent of the problem

its there personal property, they can make watever they want.. ofcourse with the approval of authorities..
Authorities get paid alot of money to approve such things.. just imagine everyone starts doing everything by the book.. what will happen to the authorities.. dont they deserve to drive a new car and own a house =)

watever they make there, they better have a big parking space.. that place has space issues =D

Another hospital is currently under construction near Creek City DHA, this Creek Hospital would be much larger and more modern and well equipped than mid-east hospital could ever be. Also, it will be a proper hospital with a proper emergency ward. Not like the ill equipped agglomeration of over-expensive private practitioners that Mideast hospital used to be.

What a stupid Post ?? I have not seen/heard that hotels are magnet for bombers. Get your facts straight before writing some thing. Do you want every hotel to get closed in Karachi ??

And If some one has personal property, what ever he does with that, you should not discuss/criticize it in public. Why do not you sell your house and donate it to Edhi?

We need hotels in this city atleast 10 more Westin , Ritz , Intercon , Holiday Inn , I’ll even be happy with an Oberoi this will atleast bring the hotel room prices down , where hospitals are concerned we need them but again Mideast was not catering to the segment who need hospital the most for the Uber rich there is always South City and Parklane

am aware coz my property agent was involved from buyer side, i did’nt had the billions spare ;) otherwise the property had been on the market for almost a year without any serious response
