Kaafi Coffee At Hot & Spicy

For those of you who haven’t tried it yet, grab your wallet and grab a delicious cold coffee from Hot & Spicy ASAP! I discovered it today only and wanted to tear my hair out for all the times I overpaid at those pseudo-trendy coffee places for substandard coffee!

It has just the right amount of froth and creaminess and deliciously melts in your mouth with every heavenly drop. What’s more, it’s only Rs. 65! Whatta steal.

Trendy Coffee with traditional Karachi Stink coming from that chappar-cum-beach of yours (pun intended). You should thank the Governor who is toiling day and night to make this “bhoot nagar” of yours worthy of human habitat. With all these upcoming transport, sewage, electricity, water and garbage disposal systems renewal schemes will surely make that cup of nectar worth its price, afterall what’s the fun of having a coffee sitting on garbage heap and gulping the mixed aromas alongwith the drink. Cuba Libre!!!!

Where is this “hot and spicy” by the way ??? 65 Rs for a coffee looks you cheap ?? It is pretty damn expensive. I can’t afford it but still would like to know the place. Any how welcome.

    shady,
u could have answered my question but didn’t.

Anyways, wht’s the size of the coffee cup . If it is small then its quite expensive as Poo Poo Head said.

65R for a coffee is absurd!

“What’s more, it’s only Rs. 65! Whatta steal.”

    Who’s stealing from who again?

when u compare with the ‘substandard’ coffee houses springing up in the city, then its cheap. If you compare with the corner expresso wala’s.. then its expensive :p

    matter of perception.

Im sure its a big cup .. the topic tends to imply kaafi .. which means a lot or maybe im mistaken its the author saying coffee in a paindoo style !!

Welcome back Poo Poo Head…..not sure about others, but I really missed your comments……good to have you back.

Rabayl, welcome to the mad, mad, mad world of Karachi Metroblogs. Hope you will be able to entertain us with some intellectually simulating posts.

What do they charge for a capuccino primo at costa coffee Karachi?

    It is £ 2.20 here.

who said poo poo head was ever gone. he just changed his alias to captain’s log. a wolf in sheep skin is still a wolf.

  17. Poo Poo head (unregistered) on December 28th, 2006 @ 6:54 pm

@Haha: Captain’s Log and Poo Poo Head are different. One could not care less and one would always show you finger. It’s very difficult to live with such bipolar dilemma. I hate my life but then what happened last night made me think that I should live as Poo Poo Head. How about a sheep in wolf skin would always be a sheep ?

And haha , get balls to use your real name/id. I hate it when people could not stand behind their words/deeds.

The cup is large enough. Equal to a Medio from Costa. And I meant cheap relative to places like Costa, Espresso etc. And a friend of mine just corrected me by telling me it’s Rs. 60 not 65. So there you go!

Albeit “cold” coffee would be cheaper at roadside cafes but their quality is more often than not, below par.

Hot n Spicy is in Khadda Market, Phase 5, D.H.A.
