How on earth….

What I cant understand, is how these truck drivers drive without any viewing aid at all! Clearly all mirrors are blocked by the overflowing cargo!

The guy is taking up almost 18 inches on each side!

Great pic, probably they trust their sixth sense lol

There is another angle. May be they know everyone else will stay away from it so they have no worries. ehheeheee….

have been accustomed to this sight since childhood..and always panicked watching motor/bicyclists passing it by..somehow…heroically..

There is no need to worry for driver about any side except for front..the vehicle is safe…nobody can dare to collide. All others need to worry and save themselves…nice distribution of responsibilities :D

C’mon, Imtiaz, don’t you know that most drivers in Karachi, only see up front, not sideways and never behind.

As long as the road is clear in front of them that is all that matters.

Stop him and say, ‘pyare bhai aisay nahi karo’. The problem is that no one ever told him that it was wrong. I guess common sense isnt that popular these days :))))

its the job of our dear white-abominations who apparently deserve free mineral water bottles to stop them and cut a chalaan or seize their documents on doing this. but a denomination below 100, would be suffice to keep them quiet :).

    It is due to,

    being partly selfish
    being partly greedy
    partly due to poverty
    partly due to corruption
    partly due to chosen ignorance
partly due to lack of law

and Largely due to lack of literacy and education.

these truck drivers cant be held responsible..they are just paid to drive from one place to another..dere “seeth sahabs” are responsible for dis..they want to tranfer more cargo in each trip and earn more.. greed can change a person from human to an animal!..

    Another pilot of Karachi :)
    Pakistanis are born Ground Pilots.
Not only in Pakistan we can see their jalwas but also in USA, Canada and UK you can find Excellent Pakistani Drivers working as Taxi Drivers and Truck Drivers. I work for a distribution company as an accountant in Alberta, Canada. Believe me out of our 69 drivers 62 are Desi Drivers :)

62 out of 69, wow, thats amazing. Pakistan is a country of talented people but is kind of distracted at the moment. We produced AQ Khan in technology, Jehangir Khan in sports and Adnan Sami in entertainment. But now we are only producing truck drivers. Some bad and some even worse, why?

What’s the problem? I wouldn’t mind so much colliding with a pile of soft bags. :)

tilt your rear view mirror, paint rear windows white, tilt upward your door mirrors, and drive the car., remove bulbs from break lights, & indicators.

wait till sun down and drive on any major thoroughfares,

try it once when you wish to know what is the feeling – it will not be YOU, it will be others on the road terrorised.

watching the cricket match on the wide screen can be a bit scary at times specially when they zoom-in the in coming….the middle and the leg seems so far apart that for a moment you feel the ball will pass through without removing the bails….
