what is Mush thinking at the moment… his beloved terrorist party ruining karachi and turning it into war zone… just imagine how much arms and ammunations these terrorists must have stacked up..

in cowboy style MQM’s workers carrying heavy weapons and TT pistols in both hands are being shown live on tv roaming the streets… what message is the current military government sending internationally ? that Karachi is under control of bloody terrorists? and rangers and police is hiding and saving their own necks…

  2. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:41 pm

footage of that guy shot in minibus and in pain and no medical help being able to reach him.. MQM should be held responsible for all these murders…

all these terrorist acts are saved by tv cameras and these bloody terrorists should be tried in anti terrorist courts and hanged…

  3. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:43 pm

live camera doesn’t lie.. MQM’s true face has been exposed.. just imagine how much unrest they can create in this city when ever they’re out of power..
they’ve fully armed mini military force at their disposal…(even our security agencies don’t have that kinda heavy weapons at their disposal which is being used by MQM’s workers..

  4. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:44 pm

Ambulance taking away a dead body was also put on fire..

  5. Syed Faraz Mahmood (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:45 pm

i saw that too , i am totally speechless about it. i was watching Geo ,i think they accidentally let the clipping slip , because its not appearing again , as other clips are repeating.

this is totally inhuman. Governor and Nazim should resign for their incapability of handling the current situation , which i hope they wont .

  6. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:48 pm

Ambulance driver of that fateful ambulance has also been shot dead…

  7. frozen flame (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:48 pm

My first ever comment on KMG and it’s purely because of the feeling of helplessness. Sitting here and watching the scenes from Canada, its such a shame that law enforcement agencies have collapsed completely. I think CJ should reschedule his rally otherwise the people of Karachi will continue to suffer because the political party’s activists don’t really care about anything else. I pray for the safety of every citizen

  8. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:49 pm

    16 people so far dead

  9. Arsalaan Haleem (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:50 pm

Faraz, ‘which i hope they wont’ or ‘which i know they wont’….which one is it???

  10. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:52 pm

when terrorists are given government in sindh then these type of incidents were waiting to happen…
terrorist having a free hand and police can’t even touch them coz they’ve direct access to governor house… most of MQM worker are carrying heavy weapons and talking on mobile phone taking directives from highups..

  11. Syed Faraz Mahmood (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:52 pm

    Update 3 :

Talat Hussain is UNDER FIRE live on AAJ TV. TS has warned MQM,SINDH GOV & MUSHARRAF RESPONSIBLE if anything happened to their people. I salute this guy’s bravery.

His exact words are ” es waqt jo bhi es mulk ko chala raha hai wo zimaydar hoga

  13. frozen flame (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:55 pm

Munib and Doctor..I understand that MQM is behind all this, but lived and seen such events before in Karachi I can safely say that ALL political parties are invloved in creating this havoc.

  14. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:56 pm

rangers is giving excuse that blockades and punctured dump trucks and container trawlers that were placed to stop CJ’s rally are the reason that they’re unable to reach the scene and movement of ambulance is also hampered by this stupid tactic of ruling government…

  15. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:57 pm

Ajj tv is effectively under attack by MQM’s terrorists..

  16. owais (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:58 pm

The question is not who is creating the situation. The problem is where is the Gov and law enforcing agencies. Its is the responsibility of the Gov to ensure the security of the common man. Does the Gov take responsibility of every non political man being shot dead on the street because no law enforcing force is present?

  17. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:58 pm

i wonder where all the usual MQM supporters on this blog are right now… maybe live in action?!

  18. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 3:59 pm

Talat hussain is even openly saying that those whom were taking part in anti CJ rally(i.e. MQM) are attacking ajj building..

  19. Pkhan (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:01 pm

Lets pray that this Ass hole suspended judge get a lesson or some one fire on him and kill him and his vip lawyers who are throwing sh…t from their front and back. or lets have another curfew and then Martial Law thats what you all need ,Danda ki ZABAAN SAMAJH AATI HAE> Govt needs to take action NOW>

  20. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:01 pm

yes it is most certainly abt where the law enforcing agencies are? and its about the ineffectiveness of our provincial and city govt in controlling the situation. but then how many will rise against this all? how many will stand up and demand their resignations? how many will wake up by the next elections?! the answer is disappointing to say the least!

  21. frozen flame (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:03 pm

How come geo news not showing the footage regarding AJJ TV?

  22. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:05 pm

  23. Adnan Siddiqi (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:06 pm

Frozen, I could agree you a bit, specially after watching firing at Natha Ghan goth. I can clearly say that it was clash between MQM and MQM Haqeeqi.

  24. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:07 pm

Pkhan another terrorist actively discussing his party’s terrorist mentality…

  25. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:07 pm

MQM has condemned firing at Aaj TV! HAHAHA! trying to save their necks before the public fires at them.!!! how predictable!

  26. Pkhan (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:08 pm

  29. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:10 pm

MQM’s waseem akhtar is saying that jamat islami is attacking ajj tv whereas cameras are showing it clearly that MQM’s workers are involved…

We shudnt give vote to any of mush and company this time.

  35. Syed Faraz Mahmood (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:17 pm

ihsart-ul-ibad is giving an interview on ARY, saying that CJP should think about the situation himself and should postponed the speech.
( why not offer the same solution to mutahida) , why the hell they planned the rally at the same day, weren’t they in league with CJP when he got reference from president

Fatima Bai Hospital has been captured by some UNKNOWN terrorists.

  36. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:18 pm

Ishratul ibad was asked by Farhan Shabbir of ARY abt MQM’s refusal to postpone their rally and now its consequences. the governor totally sidelined his questioned and indulged in CJ bashing saying that CJ is a non-political person and should hav cancelled his schedule instead and now its upto him (the CJ) to take a helicopter or ‘insaani lashon k ooper se guzar ker jaein’ -those are his exact wordings!

  37. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:22 pm

fatima bai hospital in patel para area has been taken over by armed men from MQM and they’re still firing on business recorder building .. faisal edhi is saying that his ambulance drivers are concerned about their safety coz of reports that they’ve shot dead even a ambulance driver who was shifting dead body to hospital…

  38. tee (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:22 pm

dozens of university points with MQM flags were shown on Aaj right now. this answers those who wer arguing that the hijacking could hav been by other parties involved in the rallies!!

  39. MB (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:25 pm

    Breaking NEWS
    AAJ TV BLACK OUT

    the Ghundas on rampage

  40. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:29 pm

geo tv is showing old bearded people apparently from jamat islami injured and their cloths soaked in blood .. they even showed a injured young man on lying on footpath with blood oozing profusely from his body and he was in pain just like a fish out of water waiting for medical help(which it seems won’t be able to reach him in time coz of blockade and killing of edhi ambulance driver)

  41. HITMAN (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:30 pm

ARY showing ignorant supporters of Terrorist Org MQM blaming CJ for all the massacre. They r begging him to go back to ISB as they cant tolerate it anymore. How funny. When will people learn. DAMN the MQM, DAMN the SOB Altaf Hussain

  42. Imran (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:33 pm

    @MB.
“what message is the current military government sending internationally?” you ask.

The MESSAGE is quite clear: No Shariat or some friggin theocracy under the garb of Mullahism supported by PML. NO WAY! We’ve had enough of that from Mullah Zia-Ul-Haq. AND Pakistan doesn’t belong to any ONE PROVINCE either. THINGS AREN’T ALWAYS (WHAT THEY SEEM). Go Musharraf, we are with you.

This movement is a punishment for Musharraf for daring to say “SAB SE PEHLE PAKISTAN” (not sab se pehle Punjabistan).

PAKISTAN IS FOR ALL. I salute (this) General.

  43. Arsalaan Haleem (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:48 pm

The latest news is that Musharraf has called in a high-powered meeting with the PM and others.

  44. d0ct0r (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:52 pm

Mush should go and adress islamabad rally and feel good at the huge turn out… he doesn’t give a damn about ruling party’s terrorists ransacking karachi…

  45. HITMAN (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 4:59 pm

    AAJ Tv still without security.

  46. A for [pine]apple (unregistered) on May 12th, 2007 @ 5:01 pm

I saw so many trucks of rangers and army in Islamabad yesterday … I wonder if they’re sending some to karachi??
