Ok, this is Khayaban-e-Shahbaz, DHA Phase 5 or is that Phase 6. But its Shahbaz Commercial where they have all the banks and Pizza Hut Delivery & Take-Away unit. THis was a no-brainer.

After seeing all this pics of “where in Karachi”..one thing i strongly feel Karachi is not a bad place bas security ho na tu kya kuch nahi Karachi mein …Mar pare en MQM walo pe destroy all beauty of Karachi …make an environment where u never knw when someone snatch mobile on gunpoint.

This is very off-topic, but I might as well let out my frustration at the handling of this road. Shahbaz was broken two years ago, and since then, work has progressed extremely slowly. It seems FWO does one tiny part, goes to sleep for three months, then does another small part. It’s been two years, and Shahbaz is still not complete - road markings haven’t been placed on all parts, and I believe one complete section of the road is lacking a second carpeting.
A similar thing is happening on main Commercial Avenue, Phase IV. The drain pipe running though the middle was broken down around six months ago, and only half of it has been reconstructed. That’s right, for a long segment on one of DHA’s main roads, the drain is completely open, meaning that a car can fall in (and I heard a Suzuki already did). DHA’s ineptitude in such matters is highly frustrating.
Sorry for dragging this post so off-topic, but I feel I needed to get that out.
Cars in Karachi aint safe either. This is one smart idea though on how to protect your car.
