    Karachi Press Club is the right answer. The black flag, according to the KPC president, is a “sign of our hatred for the emergency and the government.” Hear hear, I’d say!

    I love the black flag. They can scare me off from turning up on the roads, but at least we can be passively defiant in such symbolic ways. Something is better than nothing.
