Unless something actually fell on this car, it looks like it flipped. Apart from the caved in roof, the wind screens (front and back), rear view and side view mirrors were all missing.

Pakistan Institute of Standards is least bothered to check on local manufacturers of CARS.
The common problem of Suzuki Liana, Honda City, – is the wheel set size ( wheel & tyre makes SET)
Both Cars are common victim of FLIP when taking a high speed curve (above 90 KM) Car loses the ground and land on either side., sometime roll over to rest on roof.
Honda Drive-in, Deinfa in DHA, Polad on MA jinnah road get all such cases and their body shop staff can confirm my statment.
1st check the global websites check the specs of both cars in terms of TYREs.
Then walk by any Registered Honda city or Liana with STOCK (factory fitted) wheels and you can see the difference.
Manufacturer(s) are saving Rs. 5000 per set of wheels by installing the OFF size,.
Standard Size on Pakistani Honda City is: 175 SR 13 ( 175 mm is tyre width say foot print, 13 inches is the metallic rim over which the rubber tyre is installed )
same goes for Liana – but a bit wide foot print 185 foot print SR 14 inch metallics wheel —
SR stands for Steel Belted Radial
The printed Brochure of Pakistani specs are different then what people get from show room.
— now check the global website for both —

Interesting comment Jamal!
I always thought the liana had really small wheels, never noticed it on the city.
So can these wheels be changed? I mean do larger wheels fit on the cars?
I bet there is definitely room for legal action if these manufacturers are promising something and delivering something else. But the question is… who will take it?

Cars / Sedans specially after year 2000, over 1000~ 1300 CC are suppose to be equipped with:
185 SR 14.
Over 1300 ~ 1800
210 SR 15
– The best part is. Cars under 1000 CC are not to come on motorways / highways around the globe. –
All that is calculated by the manufacturer on basis of road conditions, and payload in the car.
Pay load is what is suppose to be carried in the cage running on 4 wheels.

Huzeefa – Indus Motors Paid Rs. 100 Million to Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani in 2001 and gave a free replacment of Brand new car when his GRAND SON met an accident and was in Coma for 11 days. (By grace of Allah Boy is walking talking fine now)
The air bags failed to deploy in his Toyota Corolla on Nowshera Attock Highway and banged in a Tractor trolley from rear , and later it was revealed that NONE of 700 Corollas of that batch was with Airbags, where as the owners’ manual and the specifications laid out about the Toyota Corolla manufactured by Indus motors clearly states Dual Air Bag protection.
The dash & the Steering is embossed with SRS Airbags.
DO ANYONE CARE ?? – We are ALL ready to pay premium to get car upfront without wait BUT we are not ready to check what we are paying for.

A Lincoln 4×4 cost approx US$50000.00 it comes with auto tyre inflation & defalting system,
1200 KM on clock and 3 months later car failed to bring up all 4 tyres to standard after doing off road, the owner took the car to Dealer workshop, It was tested, and CAR was replaced FREE of Charge due to defect in the onboard computer.
All 40 cars of that batch are recalled from the roads of UAE and RTA banned further registration of all 4 x 4 SUVs without certification of all features functional.

@Hasan – ever noticed that NONE of Japanese car catches fire or blow apart in english movies :)
Thats the CUTE PART of Japanese Cars that they seldom catches fire in Major Accidents else the daily chatter patter of chaotic traffic.
