Dry fruit season

http://karachi.metblogs.com/archives/images/2007/12/02122007-thumb.jpgWith the arrival of winter season, the stores have piled up dry fruits of all kind. However, the high prices of all those nuts make them a bit hard to be enjoyed by everyone. My favorite dry fruits are peanuts and roasted almonds. Nothing beats walking on the road on a cold December evening and crunching the almonds filled in the pocket.

The store in the picture is located near Imtiaz Supermarket in Bahadurabad.
