I think it is new set of pillars put up near the Jheel Park’s entrance at the Tariq Road area.

I think it’s the entrance pillar of Bahria Qaristan right next to Bahria University on the way to Millenium mall from National Stadium…However it surely does look like the Jheel Park Gate.

Well everyone did his bit of try but CUTE6789 is right. Naveed Zuberi did came close.
I didnt mention CUTE6789 earlier because from her comment it seemed as if its a wild guess and the person doesnt actually know where it is. Else one would mention where it is. Anyways its just an assumption from my side, may be i am wrong.
