Too Young To Ride .
I spotted this young boy recklessly riding a bike near F.B.Area, he crossed a busy roundabout where a traffic sergeant completely ignoring him stopped an elderly man who too was on a bike with his wife and a child. I don’t know who to blame for this negligence, the traffic police or the Ignorant parents who allow their child to endanger his life and break the law, but It is sad to realize that in our city many parents fail to raise their children responsibly and the law is almost non existent.
God help us from such depraved situations.
Responsibility, awareness and respect for law comes from being educated. Not much can be expected from uneducated sub-continental monkeys. Now does that really come as a surprise?
Everyone should take responsibility. Everyone should do something about it, think “We caused the problem by letting our kid out like that, lets help solve him by taking him off.”
and
“We paid that cop off last time, letting him think he can earn like this in perpetuity. Lets stop this by taking the challan this time.”
Little kids driving around can be scary sometimes. I remember this one time then I thought I saw a car moving around on its own, but soon realized that there was a little kid driving it and I just couldnt see him.
If I comment on the above picture, it points directly to the govt. behavior. It all starts from the top. Lets not go there for now.
Hopefully after elections new democratic govt. would take notice of these things.
As long as you realising it and comdemning the actions, its a good start.
Well i have seen a boy of class 4 or 5 riding bike here in Rawalpindi and he is seen often….That’s something too amazing in PaKISTAN WHERE no law seems to be working. I have something interesting on suicide bombing:

wasn’t that a teenage boy who “exploded” in an imambargah in Peshawer?
So let this teenage boy ride that motorcycle. Let boys be boys, otherwise they become devils in mosques

You are absolutely right. Not only parents are ignorant to groom their child’s in a responsible manner, they are the one who encouraging their children’s for this kind of acts and proud for their act..
