what comes out of this –

elevate education, increase litracy rate, let todays girls goto school, colleges, universities train them to be independent, because TOMORROW they will be mother of coming generation (s)

conferences, talkshow, seminars, workshops are not going to make any difference.

Common Man used to be shoved around at ID card and PASSPORT offices too, but thats not the case any more. However the top places where a commom man is harrassed the most are our courts, where lawyers and judges have a field day.

I see it rather as another division between the HAVE and the HAVE NOTs. While the common man is treated like an ANIMAL in gov. office here they have online forms.
