The management of the Water Board and KBCA was taken over by the sindh government last day with any discussion and the parleys that are going on between the two parties. Would that not be better it the decision has been taken in consultation with the parties. Karachi's Local Government problem is that Karchi is govern by 13 different agencies and CDGK is held responsible for every thing.
