Shoaib Akhtar’s Ban Postponed for a Month

The fact that ‘Shoaib Akhtar’s ban has been postponed for a month” seems to have made the top headlines on every television channel, and will, no doubt, lead many newspapers tomorrow. The fact that the price of milk has gone up by 6 rupees, of course, is a mention as the 4th news item. It’s obviously not REALLY important.

I can imagine the homes that are struggling with flour, clean water, basic staple goods and rising expenses, must be finding such RELIEF that the pressure that has probably allowed the cricketer’s temporary reinstatement, has finally allowed the young express train to be able to play in the IPL. There are obviously no problems in this country, which is why a great big delegation of people flew to Dubai to make a meeting, that caused the media to go insane and follow them there. Obviously THAT money was put to great use… The price of electricity is also being increased, but that’s okay.. As long as we have Shoaib Akhtar using the full force of the media to make the PCB change its mind, or atleast postpone its mind, that should get us by another month ATLEAST!

It’s all good. We’re just used to it, and in case you’re complaining or have something to say about the rising prices, go put up your own blog.. it makes for great content, doesn’t it?

I have been saying this forever now. Its just about a simple decision of either you decide to keep on pampering a spoiled kid or decide to send him home forever.

es dheet bunde ne na apni harkatain badalni hain or na Board ke DICTATOR chairman ne apne dimaag ka ilaaj karana hai.

These two are playing hide and seek at people’s expanse and wasting public money to settle their own scores. Throw both of em out.

Its quite simple, either accept his irresponsible behavior for the sake of public LOVE or bring him to JUSTICE. Whats this nonsense of creating drama’s again and again.

Yes i agree with MB. He brought politicians after his five years ban which should not be an acceptable instance. He should be banned for life after than non sense. Lets keep the games out of politics for the betterment.

Shoaib is reportedly being paid $1 million to play in IPL, and maybe the cricket board(Naseem Ashraf) will also get some thing outta it(Shoaib even accused Ashraf of blackmailing him and demanding money to let him play IPL)

The decision to lift or suspend the ban only reflects the moral and ethical values of minds in this land of the pure.
