Yes, I am talking about a VISA required to travel to Karachi AND, there should be a law that if you are coming from some other part of the country, at least two of your adult family members must stay back where you originally belong. If you are not from Karachi, you shouldn't be allowed to work in Karachi police AND the police both traffic and the normal one should be working under CDGK. The other problem is all the "Begamats" and "Shahibs" sitting in the car either reading newspapers or chatting on the telephones and not paying attention to what their drivers are doing.
