Imagine if that guy leaning against the police mobile staring at these girls is assigned the job instead of these girls then the ‘sensitive’ residents of Zamzama and their guards might mistake him for a mobile snatcher and might shot him down,So that could be one of the reason that they want to portray a ‘soft image’ of community police.

Although i despise discussing ethnicity of others but as pathans have been already mentioned,can some one count pathans visible in this pic..I hope you are not mistaking that guy leaning against the police mobile staring for a pathan.

p.s. a photographer with tripod is also visible behind the mobile.
