They probably have a different idea of loving Karachi. Like "I LOVE KARACHI" because I can loot, I can steal, I can increase the bus fairs any time I want and not decrease it back when the prices of oil fall, I can sell weapons, misbehave with women, let the hell loose on the streets by not following the law and have 80 men travel in my bus which can only carry maximum 18 people. WHO WOULDN’T LOVE KARACHI WITH SUCH WONDERFUL "BUSINESS" OPPORTUNITIES :D

  2. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 3:15 am

Only the fact that the traffic mafia leaders do not buy new bus proves that they do not care about our environment and transportation system. These so-called buses were not even designed for human transportation rather they were built for goods transportation. A team from Japan (I guess from MAZDA) came to see how these vehicles are used in public transport because each mini bus that you see is actually modified and fit to carry people. The seats, the paritions are not present in the original design. The chasis were not designed keeping human transportation in mind because they are extremely hard and thus, they can not provide any kind of comfort for the people who are (actually not) suppose to travel using these customized vehicles.

great zeeshan! also remember how SHC’s orders are ignored by Pashtun Ricksaw Walas…? Un ka Waqt Qareeb Hai Buss!

  4. barristerakc on December 6th, 2008 @ 3:30 am

A friend’s brother resident of North Nazimabad while driving back from “bakra mandi” was shot dead and they shot his body 17 times after his death by Pashtuns.

In another incident, these Pashtuns day before yesterday tried snatching a dupatta of a DOW Medical College Student in Korangi….

    They raped our women!

Koye buhat bara baghrat he hoga jo bhool jaye!!!!

@Zeeshan & AKC – I’m sorry to say it but MQM is not all that innocent either, if you choose to blame the other side then I think one needs a reality check within before pointing fingers elsewhere.

  6. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 4:06 am

Teeth Mistress: As far as I remember, no Urdu speaking guy has ever raped a pathan woman. You are so madly lost in love of that idiot Imran Khan that you will do ANYTHING to protect the blunders and crimes that pathans carry out but will always indulge in anti-mqm stories and propaganda. GET A LIFE!

  7. karachi4eva on December 6th, 2008 @ 4:47 am

just wait for "dogtor" to comment on this saying how these bus drivers are forced by mqm and mohajirs to have these stickers on back of their buses.

  8. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 4:51 am

TEETH MISTRESS: And y0u are the one to talk about taking sides. When was the last time you actually praised MQM’s hard work here in KARACHI? How many times have YOU posted anti-mqm stories or fake stories such as "IMRAN KHAN WELCOMED BY KARACHIITES"? How many times have YOU guys here hired authors from a different school of thought? How many times have you pointed out what Afghan and Pathans are doing with this city? And you are the one to talk about taking sides.

You my friend is a war monger hate launderer who does nothing but come up with only ONE sided story. You are no one to talk about taking sides when it is indeed all that you do yourself.

  9. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 4:56 am

karachi4eva: At first glance it looks as if I am talking about you when I said look who’s talking but it’s actually Teeth MISTRESS that I am talking about, not you. Do not think otherwise brother! :)

  10. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 5:05 am

DOGTOR is the type of dog who keeps barking (pretty much like Imran Khan) and nobody really gives shit to what he has to say. I believe Doctor and Teeth and Odin are the same people and if I am wrong then I believe they think almost exactly alike and we need authors who can report better stories or cover it from a positive angle as well and not trying to blame MQM for every other god damn thing that happens in Karachi. Pretty much what they did with Musharraf.

I believe we need more authors here, I would LOVE to see more authors here who can also respresent the other side of the story. I’d love to see barristerakc or Khaled or even Balma because the rest are just retards.

I have NEVER seen any of the posts by Dogtor or Adnan Siddiqi or Odin get deleted, yet mine and many other people keep getting their comments deleted. This TEETH MISTRESS once deleted a link someone had posted (and it was not pointing towards the commentator’s personal blog or website) but the hypocracy of PTI or it’s followers could easily be seen when Teeth Mistress kept adding his links in different posts and kept deleting links posted by other people saying that advertising of personal websites is not allowed. SICK, I tell you, these people mentally sick.

  11. kaami on December 6th, 2008 @ 5:36 am

I appreciate the jesture but these Afghan tribesman running the transport and other businesses in the city will do well to work with the City Administration to upgrade their system, pay some taxes, get registered, respect others property, show courtesy and atleast be seen trying to put an effort to build something instead of grabbing lands and expanding the slums.

    I second zeeshan on that.

  12. karachi4eva on December 6th, 2008 @ 5:44 am

@ zeeshan : you’re absolutely right about deleted comments, mine was deleted saying "unsubstantiated and offensive" when I only asked the author how come there is no mention of mohajirs getting killed and raped by talibans in his post? and about the selection of the authors its all same across metblog network and thats the reason metblogs popularity going down, see it yourself at google search trends

  13. zeeshan on December 6th, 2008 @ 6:01 am

^ True, take a look at this everyone

The lunatics here still won’t stop! I see MANY ex kmb visitors posting on different websites now and they do not bother coming here

  14. barristerakc on December 6th, 2008 @ 6:15 am

teghon ke saaye mein hum pal kar jawaan huwe hen
aasaan nahin mitana naamo nishaan hamaara….

We may chew paan now and then but we don’t allow that stuff to go to our brains. :)

Everybody else can play ethnic, religious, linguistic, feudal cards, but we Urdu-speaking Mohajirs are expected to only chant "Shad bad manzil-e-murad." Wah, Wah …..Today Mohajirs are united to stand against folks like you

What needs to be noticed is how Punjabis are flocking in unision and praising Gen.Kenyani and I hear from friends that Nawaz BaySharif is making tawaf’s arround him begging fot a coup.Only reason these guys were against the army was because of Musharraf being a Mohajir and the only reason they fail to see any fault with NS and IK is because of their ethnic roots. Both of these morons have yet to show the courage that a woman BB showed by openly condemning the Jihadists, Imran Khan actually argues that there is no point in confronting the Jihadists cause they do no wrong. This Imran jerk went a step ahead and support the Jehadist forces.

Punjabis are playing the role of the Serbs in Pakistan and I am guessing after Pashtuns – the Punjabis of Karachi will be THE NEXT, if they do not behave. The Message is clear. BTW, Jiyay Sindh already came up with a deadline for Punjabis and Pashtuns to leave Sindh by Feb.

  15. Teeth Maestro (kar_teeth) on December 6th, 2008 @ 11:31 am

@Zeeshan – grow up – get out of your adrenaline rush and talk about issues, somehow its been a proven trend that when trolls like you who surf websites are cornered with little to defend start taking the argument on a personal level – call me whatever you want, it wont even hurt a fly. Infact I turn to smile and say ‘geez did I actually succeed in getting under his skin’ ahhh satisfaction ;)

I dont know if you know, but AKC and I have met a couple of times and respect each others opinions – it may differ but the dialog is important, somehow both he and I, may actually be far more aggressive online as compared to talking in real life, why, because the simple act of human interaction softens the blows. And then it becomes more convincing than simply reading a rant here online.

Zeeshan – I value your position on MQM, take your arguments in its seriousness, but somehow MQM flutters from a good-cop bad-cop mentality so fluently that one remains suspicious – Despite all the good work done my Mustafa Kamal to present the ‘good side of MQM’ the leadership often spoils his efforts by resorting to thuggery once every few months. Then again begins the image rebuilding process all over again

This recent incident – I suspect is yet another example of good-cop bad-cop mentality. Though Pathans [you choose to irnoically fool yourself by calling them Talibans, I dont know why?] are equally to blame in these ethnic riots. But as I said MQM is equally to blame, so look first before you leap.

Lastly, I might add, if you resort to name calling – your comments will be treated with a smile, and maybe id just delete them fo being off-topic — if you choose to debate – then do so with respect, or else your effort will be wasted in reflecting the true Muhajir sentiment. Mind you, you are representing MQM here, so do your casue justice and not paint it for others in a very negative image.

We all love Karachi, I do, and I am sure you do as well.

  16. khaled90 on December 6th, 2008 @ 3:43 pm

    @ Teeth
We look into the other way doctor.

We think that there are several hands(Invisible) that are out to destroy MQM image, every single time when Elections are near things happened just to tarnish the image of MQM.

In last 3 years MQM did alot for this city, but now when the local bodies elections are near things starts again like 12 may.
Teeth you have the right to post your opinion but you don’t have the right to impose your opinion with any proof.

As you are quite new to this city you don’t even know what real Terrorism is.

i had seen massacres like qasba and aligerh in which hundreds of innocent mohajirs were murdered and raped just to stop the on going operation on Sohrab goth against drug and arms mafia.

Teeth we should respect each other but the way you are continuously targeting MQM and its supporters, not accepting the mandate of MQM creating cycle of allegations.

Do remember MQM sweeps the Polls in 1993 when there were Army operation going on, MQM was charged with Jinnah Pur torture cell and many other things.

If there is an Army operation in FATA and the people there fighting against Army, considered to be fighting in self defense then why so much hue and cries over fighting in Karachi ?

In my opinion this blog is used against MQM and Mohajirs and like you said you meet Barrister quite a few time why don’t you give him rights to post topic here ??

The other side also have the right to post or only people against MQM or belonging to PTI have the right to post what ever they like to ??

If you want democracy kindly give rights to every one under your OWN domain if you can’t give US the people writing on KMB rights then no one in this country would give you anything.

  17. Teeth Maestro (kar_teeth) on December 6th, 2008 @ 4:27 pm

@Khaled – do a fact check on the accusation – "As you are quite new to this city " – my friend Born and Bred in Karachi !!! so I believe you need to rethink your argument entirely – Its good to see caught with your pants down LOL SHWEET

  18. khaled90 on December 6th, 2008 @ 6:50 pm

    @ Teeth
Sorry Doc if you are born here then you should know what had happen in karachi with mohajirs before the creation of MQM , you should write about the history of mohajir pathan riots as its an old fued and it is present before the creation of MQM.

You completely destorted the facts by blaming MQM for each and every thing like Jamatis, hundreds of innocent mohajirs were killed in ethnic riots before MQM but when anything happen you started beating the drum against MQM.

As far as my pants are concern i guess you like the shweet thing you anxiously wants from every Men ??

    Don’t You naughty boy ;0)

  19. ڈفرستان کا ڈفر (duffer) on December 6th, 2008 @ 11:54 pm

    me too loves karachi
    karachi is so sweet :*

  20. barristerakc on December 7th, 2008 @ 1:33 am

I support Khaled & Zeeshan. Bhai Sahib, we as Mohajirs have to understand one thing and that is that the Passer-e-Zameen is there to slit out throats given a chance. It’s about survival of the fittest unfortunately. We have to prepare, pre-amt and diminish any opposition what so-ever – no need for being an apologist – there’s no use.

  21. khaled90 on December 7th, 2008 @ 2:07 am

    @ barrrister
According to International Law,We also have the right to target talibans in preemptive strikes in karachi and urban sindh as these talibans are threat to our up coming generations

  22. khaled90 on December 7th, 2008 @ 2:20 am

    @ KMB

karachi is a city where people say they love karachi but actually don’t even bothered to burried their love ones in karachi soil.

They took all the bodies to their HOME TOWNS or MULAK so the crap of loving karachi is just dhakoslaybazi.

If High court ordered to BAN rickshaws it becomes ethnic problem, Buses older then 10 years can’t be operated in punjab but operating freely in karachi as They only love Karachi but Not the People of karachi.

Karachi is Dubai for these people they are like Cats only love the place where they live not the person feeding them.

I guess Dogs are better then them.

  23. monkey on December 7th, 2008 @ 10:16 pm

And it is very much possible that the guy who owns/rents this bus is a pathan, who is as much a citizen of Karachi as any of us and doesn’t need to prove his loyalty to the city at all times. I wish both sides would stop this stupid indiscriminate killing.

O dekho bhai loog – seedhi see baat hey!!

On the day of Fatah-e-Makkah, many infidels started labeling themselves as Muslim, so that they can be spared, eventualy all of them got spared, Not beacuse of accepting Islam as their new religon, but on the pledge that they will not do anything bad in Makkah.
