No one will stop from speeding up or slowing down. You can shoot upto 180 km/hr and that is ok. You can stop right in the middle of Shahra e Faisal and that is ok. To some people, it may look inappropriate. I personally like it this way. Just be careful with signals and cops and you are ok. Being careful with signals never means you should follow them. It simply means that regardless of whether it is green or yellow or red, you can cross. Just look both ways. It is nice, no? And being careful with cops means just avoid them as much as you can. They are going to take their chai-pani whenever they stop you no matter what you have done or not done. I love to drive in Karachi.
