A very good idea! However, my advice in this regard will be not to counter the negative propaganda against MQM by negative propaganda against others. When a negative hits another negative it becomes positive only in the strange world of maths and not in any other area of human activity.

Apart from more mainstream, YAC-MQM which is a proper organization with secretariats and funding – I am in a process of of founding something called, MQM-Cyber Shield Project 1+1 with a great friend, Maliha Khan to counter the negative propaganda against MQM.

Bhai Sahib, G.M Syed realized later on in his life that Mohajirs are “unbeatable” and became good friends with MQM. Infact, I know that despite disagreements and ideological differences Jay Sindh and MQM and especially Altaf Hussain Bhai and Sain’ G.M Syed had a good working co-ordination.

Apparently, apart from the “Language Riots” in 1974 and couple of incidents in Hyderabad there had never been any serious rioting between Sindhis and New Sindhis (Mohajirs). Now obviously, Punjabis are a different story altogather but as I had explained before; I have forgiven but not forgotten for the betterment of the nation: Pakistan.

Our real threat today is this Islamic militancy and ideology of “Political Islam”. Let’s fight it out together.

I don’t know why I am feeling in a lighter mood so late at night.

I belive GM Sayed’s advice to the Sindhis used to be to beat up Mohajirs but while doing so curse the Punjabis thus giving the impression the Mohajir was being beaten up taking him for a Punjabi.

What a fantastic advice it was if you come to think about it:-)
