White corolla case, criminals apprehended

Apparently all those tales about a white corolla car roaming the streets of our posh Defense and Clifton areas were quite true.  What the fickle among us dismissed as rumors to scare the population has in fact been confessed by a “Ali Mohammad Hajiyano” who along with his friend Umair khan rented a white corolla and then robbed, raped and looted with impunity for a number of weeks in and around the defence and Clifton area.

There are about 32 FIRS registered against “Ali Mohammad Hajiyano” in various area of clifton and it is feared according to his explicit confessions that there are many more out there who have not reported their plight due to the brutality of his crimes.

The criminals were finally caught as they were found by a police mobile robbing a girl outside Nisar Shaheed Park in Defence. Many of the families which suffered at the hands of these monsters have called for exemplary punishment to teach other wanna be’s a lesson.

Do you really think he will be brought to justice? Apart from a police encounter, I don’t think so. His father, a retired govt servant, has already started a media campaign accusing police and agencies framing his son and trying to kill him in custody etc. Do we have unbiased courts here? that swiftly bring the culprit to justice? The answer is a big NO, and as long as we do not have a system of punishment, and justice, these lowlifes will rule.

Also, as per my knowledge, there are more goons like this one because in some of reported cases there were more than one vehicles, each having 3-4 guys in them, chasing people, robbing and them and sometimes taking the ladies with them.

Stay safe guys, its really a jungle out there.

    It system,
Good and bad are like to parallel track of railway line
    Runs side by side
    One bad guy captured
More are out to continue the terror
May Allah Help us to develop as system where bad people fear to do bad things…
Countering the bad thing after happening is ok but not the most desired thing,,,

  8. human01 on February 9th, 2009 @ 2:25 am

Allah Subhano Tala helps those who help themselves…..just dua won’t suffice….we need to act (better say react)…burning dacoits on streets wasn’t the bad idea, although (as always) there is a room for more creativity….if the system can’t provide justice, we should take the responsibility ourselves…….

  9. fasee on February 10th, 2009 @ 8:48 am

Ideal punishment should be to cut the D*** of that SOB

nothing can be more exemplary than that…..or rather take her wife or sister in that white corolla and do in front of himwhat he did to sisters and wives of others infront of them.

his wive should be punsihed aswell….as i can not digest this thing that she would have been ignorant what his "miyaan ji" is doing all the time..where are that mollah and jewlery is coming when he is not ding any job….she was no village idiot…was a doctor…so both should b punished.

  10. greatanjum on February 10th, 2009 @ 12:54 pm

The culprits should be putted in front of Hungry African Hyena Dogs, that will eat them brutally and slowly in pieces in Open Pulic and make it Exemplary punishment.

Until we have corrupt judiciary these incidents will continue to happen. Either install honest judges or allow taliban to take over.

  12. concerned on February 10th, 2009 @ 6:04 pm

    @Kashif

The only way to get an honest judiciary is to get rid of the opportunistic feudals that control everything. For that you need land reforms.

Nawaz is supporting the lawyers movement so that he can overthrow this govt and get his revenge with Musharraf. He has already shown what he can do the judiciary if they dont agree with him, (in his last term).

I do not know why; whenever PPP(s) government come(s) such crimes (against women) especially in Karachi goes up. Is this Pisser-e-Zameen blood..? or something else..!!!

I was just informed yesterday that Mumtaz Bhutto (a good friend during the days of Z.A Bhutto picked up a girl from Nazimabad Area. The same thing happened post-Benazir assassination; numerous rapes and sexual assaults on women.

    Now back to the topic,

    I) Yes, MQM Defense Housing Committee lodged an FIR against un-known culprits sometime back and forced the police to do more.
II) Interestingly in this specific case one of the culprits turned out to be a serving DSP of Police(s) son (Sindhi Lad).
III) BTW, did you hear the case where a Man was kidnapped and raped ? by four women..? LOL

But this is not it, there’s a gang of Baloch Men who kidnaps and rape women in the same area and sometime back during Eid they kidnapped a girl infront of BBQ Tonight, Clifton. They are mostly in SUV(s) and especially a RED PRADO.

Now the Police should concentrate more on stopping big cars then the usual motor cycle-wala and that will decrease the crime-ratios…

As for MQM-Style Justice – no-comments mian…wasay dil tu chata hai buhat kuch karnay ka lakin majboor…hain kya karein…..we have to follow the system…

  20. concerned on February 11th, 2009 @ 4:25 pm

@fasee – there is a difference between burning them and raping their family. I would agree with the burning part but not humiliating their families who arent directly involved.

@Barrister – MQM should continue to be a pressure group because whenever you have a PPP government you have alot of uneducated people coming out of villages and they cant control themselves when they see a shaehri larki. Also the PPP governtment was never known for their high moral values, so you get what you sow. It is MQM’s responsibility to support / help the people who vote for them. I am sure you will never need any help but if you ever need people to organise rallies etc, drop a line on this blog and I will see if we can get you some support.

    Guys,
Has anyone noticed Indian Jamatees succeeding in changing Bombay’s name to Mumbai, after some Goddess.
Paksitani Jamatees are building Allah-Valee chowrangees everywhere, and Indian Jamatees (i.e. RSS types) are changing name of their cities after local goddesses (e.g. Mum Bai)

relevance of this to the topic? aray yaar, buss bumbayoo’n kay chhichoraypun per ghussaa aa gayaa!

    @ Barrister.

Thansk for being on the smae page, as being in the city we DO know what ground realities are, not what media projects.

    @ Concerned
i know its harsh. but extra ordinary circumstances demand extraordinary solutions.

    @ balma.
man i totally agree with ya, if education or money was the only barometer every double M.A form interior would have been a walking gentelman which is not the case….same for money….the flithyness i see around in this catagory is much above the rest.

but talking bout probabilty…..the probabilty of having classy contents in a guy with quality education, mone, background, FMCG experince…is higher than any other strata of society.

agar itnay saal university or companies main ghis ghis ker class nahee ayee tu lanaat hai us shakas per…:D:D:D:D

lastly…..as i had explained…families direclty or indirctly lamzi involved hoti hain…look at that bastared’s father who is making all excuses to save his son’s arse.

have you ever seen rapists sisters pleading to court ke hamaray bhai ko chor do…..i really have this thing ke main un bithces sya pochon ke jab tumhara bhai yeh sab ker raha tha tu kabhi us na socha..ya kabhi tumahray sath hu tu tum chori gi usay…..hum sirf apna dekhtay hain …..kabhi victim ke point of view say bhi dunya dekho bhai….

  34. Ali (retroguy02) on February 17th, 2009 @ 6:47 am

Good thing that he got caught, but hopefully others like him will be too. Another thing that disturbed me while reading the comments here is that people got so outraged when such a thing happened in Defence / Clifton, understandably because most people who have the time and resources to access this site are from those areas. But what about those in middle-class areas like Nazimabad, F.B. Area, Liaquatabad whose voices go largely unheard (if they even come forth). I hope the hatred of such people among us, as the "good" general public, is equal, regardless of whether such an event takes place in Malir or Defence.

As for the punishment for rapists, I’d go with castration (chemical or physical), provided that it is meted out fairly and to all. Similarly, chopping off hands or feet of robbers (Saudi style) – publicly or not – may now be the only thing left to discourage such happenings in our society. But then, all these ambitious penalties have to apply to all criminals, fair and square, in order to have an effect. And considering our government’s current state, I’m rather pessimistic about that.

  35. fasee on February 17th, 2009 @ 3:13 pm
