If you are so susceptical to the chill and cold you can try typical English bitter daft beer which is drunk at room temperature but that is not available in Pakistan. What you can do is if you get the chill take double dose of brandy to start off with and then single dose after every 4 hours till the chill goes away or the brandy finishes whichever happens later.
