ladies and gentleman…..dear concerned citizens of karachi….there is a very good news on the international political scene……that could change the future of karachi….Russia has allowed the passage of US military shipments to afghanistan through its territory….meaning karachi is free.(no more free flowing $ sorry!)
As far as the illegal constructions is concerned….Iam sure everybody will agree that the present city gov has used its might and machines to bulldoze the very old on the main roads….these small pockets resistance I believe are nothing as compared to them…and I am sure will be taken care off in a matter of days after the huge maga projects are completed…
lack of education is the main cause of this unruly behavior of the construction mafia…..

whichever ministry or gov. department takes care of these developments, is currupted, then what you expect. I have seen bldgs being built, with no proper parking spaces, leaks, cracks etc….

On individual level, i think we have a great deficit of civic sense…we do things which make our city look like crap, unorgnize, polluted, dirty, smelly, stinky….haha i am looking for more words…

Watch your steps. Jo ban utha saktay hain woh ban pher say laga bhee saktay hain. And remember ban by KMB Auditors does not fall within the purview of NRO.

By the way I reckon ‘illegal construction’ is so wide spread like corruption that it should be legalized under the provisions of NRO. When you can’t beat them protect them.

I think this is not only being practiced in KHI but all over the country….Fasee is correct in saying that the controlling authority which is KBCA is responsible for this…as far as ameer gharib is concerned both are equally responsible for abiding by the law.
