the prices are per head ? damn, damn damn, and the places must be crowded with class who have no idea that the ramazan is about self control, being humble, and doing charity more then NORMAL.

    Allah reham karay.

    @ sesky

    Bro, why only that class…??
Do you think the middle class or the lower phaticher class do THEY know the meaning of ramadan…??

Why u see only lines at buffets….what makes me sick is when I see all these AWAM hoggin for samosas, khajla pheniz, jaleebiz and frozen parathas…….this mentality was shown on TV when one agitated phatichar was shouting….fruit itna mehnga ker diya, ab kiya hum roza bi na rakhain…

Fasee was shoked and choked on my drink….abay roza rakhnay ka fruit thoonsnay say kiya link hai….roza tu basi roti aur pani ke glass se bhi ho jata hai.

Seriously yaar, this nation has to work on its basic concepts…sala away ka awa hi bigra huwa hai

@fasee saab….you are right in a way sir….but you see sir…that people who can afford to eat at high prices are getting discount and benefits due to ramadan….regardless of whether they are into it or not….and those who cannot afford are paying the price….are not even getting the essential….at higher prices….so directly or indirectly you are punishing ….so called sali jahil phatichar qom….and this not good….

First of all guys, let’s think rationally here.
Every time someone spends a rupee, it circulates in the economy and thus benefits the society. It provides jobs to people who then spend the money they just made. Keeps the world go round and round. Some religions force people to spend money – so the economy stays viberant. For example, Zakat.

Now, what I really got pissed at is this fascination with 3rd class fast food that is being mentioned here. This food is detrimental to human beings. Please don’t eat this kind of food more than once every few months. I can’t believe how idiot my people have become. Glorifying western fast food. I am not saying our food is the best, but please apnee naee nassal per rehem karo and don’t feed them KFC and McDonalds.

Well, you know Balma….I rather have you not produce naee nasssal in the first place…..unless you are educated and rich.

Balma Chaudhry your ignorance about Islam is not different that Ignorance of Sarah Palin about politics.

Zakat “Forces” THOSE people to circulate money who have loads of stuff yet they don’t will to spend on others. The classic example of this mantra is Capitalism which keeps money in few hands and creates the gap between rich and poor. If someone fears the God and has enough money then he’s responsible to pay Zakat so that his “Extra Money” could be spent on those who live hand to mouth.

Offcourse when there’s corruption then every good thing gets abused so is zakat.

    Haseenao’n and bhaiyoun:

Here is one reason I believe ramzan takes away the ability of analytical thinking from rozadaars.

Please read my posting and then Eddy’s posting.

Did I say anything against Zakat? Of course not!…..I was actually saying something positive about our religion (I know, for a change:-) )

But, look at Eddie. Roazay rakh kar jazbaati ho gayaa, and wrote his ool-fool.
And, hey, don’t say anything about my Sarah Palin. She is a babe!

Jaao eddie, tomhai’n muaaf kiyaa – in the “afv-o-darguzar” spirit of Ramzaan!

But, do think before you write your nonsense next time.

  7. Adnan Siddiqi (adnansiddiqi) on August 28th, 2009 @ 1:13 am

Balma Chaudhry, redefining sarcasm by calling it “honesty”? is it due to Ramadan?

But, do think before you write your nonsense next time.

Balma Chudhary, maybe once in a life i followed your footstep? Trust me others think same when they read you. Be thankful I acted like a “mirror” for you.

p.s: I was not fasting when I made the post *grin*

Pizza Hut is PKR 550? Although I like Pizza Hut, but in Ramadan I don’t think it’s worth it because they bake thicker crusts. As a result people leave the bread and that is such a waste of food in a country like ours…

  9. fasee on August 28th, 2009 @ 11:21 am

    @ kinza

Thick or no thick, in eat all u can, all w*ste the bread and eat the toppings…that’s called efficient utilization of limited space available in the stomach….aflatoon.

    @ balma and adnan.

You two are a mirror image of what’s wrong with pakistan.

Argusing on non issues when there are bigger non issues to waste our time on…not listening to others just getting even, every debate becomes a mud slinging competition for us kahil qoum…pehlay ye azaaz sir religious debates ko hasil tha…magar ab tu

    @ wasiq

Sir, in a closed envirnoment that might have been true….what goes around, comes around…..and correction…even the discounts at high prices is a mirage….personal piza on disocunt at 180 today was at 124 pre-ramadan…so what is the discount buddy.

The best contribution to mehangai is the sali phatichar qoum not using condoms, having 10 or more kids in every flat

  11. بستنی (wasiq) on August 28th, 2009 @ 1:01 pm

@fasee saab….I can’t understand it either….are they using sugar in ppan pizzas or what….???

its good that you reminded about the birth rate….what’s the birth rate this year….when the recession is stable and prices going up….the price of flats and other property is falling…or not increasing…that I am very sure about…

    “Fasee is a genius”

Wish my teachers cud have shared the feeling who continously made fasee suffer humilations of failer or barely passing in 40s or 50s all his acedimic careear.

Only thing I excelled in was porn….there was a time when I seriosly considered directing some movie or something….kiya kiya ideas tareeki me gum hu gai……ab tu khair I am toiling the idea of growing a beard and joining jamati-e-islami..( The sudenly I wake up with a dry throat n beating heart…wat a bloody nightmare)….
