The problem is that the KESC officials don't want to do anything about this KUNDA issue. I remember that before 1-1.5 years I called KESC to lodge a complaint against my neighbour who was using window type A/Cs for free. The KESC official said to me "TO YAR AP KO KIA MASLA HAI ...
