I am not sure but I can find at the least three types: 1. Those starting with a number, like 2K 2. Those starting with a letter, like D-1 3. Complete word, like "Friends Coach." The first ones have always been "big" old-styled buses, and I personally believe that at one point in time, those were run by the government, and hence student card was used. The second category is those of "mini-buses" and they are privately operated...not sure as these are just my hypothesis.
