@ Fasi …. since prior to standing in queues require a walk , and a walk down the the street is good for health , may be thats the whole idea behind standing in queues

It is more of a marketing stunt. There are few banks who provide bill payment without any extra cost. MCB & KASB are the two I know just have to be account holder. Much easier and safe the only problem if the bill contain any overdues then it will not be processed.

waisey aap mano ya na mano yeah idea mera hee tha kay mobile sey money transaction ho saktee hai….and I am so glad that they have started working on it during my lifetime….it will be better than the credit/debit cards….because…it will not take fifteen or 45 days to find out that you have been robbed…cheated…or framed…lol

Now a days everyone owns a credit card…3 atleast….plus they only need a telephone or. Mobile to use it…not internet.

Easypaisa is a stupid idea, why wud I stand in a line when I can pay from my home at any time 24/7.

Everyone owns plastic now…n everyone accepts plastic…sir me tu anday double roti bhi plastic se hi buy kerta hoon……lahore is a little back but plastic has penetrated very deep in karachi

paying via credit card, and online, Come on fasee outta XX millions in Karachi, alone, how many have credit cards, let alone the access to internet.

honestly speaking people are really scared of using plastic in Pakistan because they are SCARED of tax people. paying by credit card is kind of taboo, – in general the desi mentality is ohh kungla hai cash nahi hai., card use karta hai. I do not want to create a diversion from topic but fasee it is not a culture of credit cards.

I totally agree with all above comments, utility bill service charges are included in the bill it should not be taken over and above already billed amount.

Me think, its still much easier n cost effective to pay via credit card….there are 20 million plus cards roaming around.

So why bother.

Besides, I wonder, why, if ihave to go out and go to customer counter of a telenor, what diffrence it makes from paying via banks…??

It wud require same moving in n out of office or hime, albeit a smaller queue…

I prefer credit cards where u can pay even at 3 at night..( My usual payment time)…just at one call…from your own home….and its available since last 6-7 yrs.

So just can’t understnad what revolutionary facility they have provided…??
